The Erich Pommer Institute in Potsdam is the address for the film industry. Every two years it organizes a special event in the young producers and experts from the film industry meet to exchange ideas. We mainly focus on the theme of "negotiations" and "contracts" in the film industry. This year, the workshop was held in Barcelona.

At the invitation of EPI Dr. Thomas R. Henschel, together with his colleague, Prof. Dr. Ulrich Michel, gives attention to the issue of negotiation skills and dealing with difficult situations and conflicts once again with the participants. In the interactive sessions, participants will have the opportunity to learn about innovative communication tools, negotiation strategies and practical knowledge and to train in exercises. The technical input is guaranteed by recognized experts and practitioners in the film industry, so that an intensive exchange of experience is guaranteed.
